RETAINER & PAYMENT TERMS
Initial Engagement Retainer: A $400 non-refundable retainer is required to initiate services. The retainer is applied directly toward the initial drafting, and initial case review.
Billing Increments: All work is tracked and billed in 30-minute (0.5-hour) increments.
Payment Terms: Invoices are issued upon deliverable completion and are due prior to the release of signed final declarations or testimony appearance.
TESTIMONY & CANCELLATION POLICIES
Minimum Booking: In-person trial or hearing appearances require a 2-hour minimum booking plus pre-approved travel expenses (portal-to-portal).
Virtual Cancellation Policy: Testimony canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 1-hour cancellation fee at the applicable testimony rate.
In-Person Cancellation Policy: Testimony canceled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 2-hour minimum cancellation fee plus non-refundable travel expenses incurred.
